Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Sell Digicel’s products as directed by the Manager /Department.
• Ensure that lodgments are submitted daily for products sold.
• Track all SIMS received and ensure that faulty SIMS are identified and submitted to TL.
• Be present at all stock count scheduled and ensure all monies and SIMS are present.
• Submit customer Feedback & Issues to TL for escalation
• Provide Intel on the Competitor
• Be aware of assigned target , to better be able to achieve all KPIs.
• Advise Team Leader of challenges being experienced
• Participate in all meeting scheduled
• Show good work ethics – be punctual , respectful, honest etc.
• Follow the proper escalation processes in place.
• Utilize company assigned tools, apps and system access as per requirement for communication and processes e.g.. Bip , email. 
• Adhere to the weekly schedule shared
• Participate in the company’s promotions (e.g. Road Shows) and department scheduled promotions.
• Complete mandatory training Sessions every month
• Monthly Performance Evaluation

Academic qualifications and experience required:

• Minimum 2 CXCS or Heart Certification
• Sales experience is a MUST
• Must be willing  to work face to face with our customers
• Willing to work in the parish in which you live
