IBEX is looking for experienced Finance personnel to be an integral part of the Finance team.

The Finance Assistant's primary duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Submit invoices for zero rating and issue timely
  • Assist with analyzing expense reports and other invoices for accuracy and eligibility for payment
  • Assist with monitoring outstanding approval request
  • Track and reconcile bank statements
  • Manage data, records, and reports by checking for errors and verifying accuracy of information
  • Process payments to vendors and employee reimbursements
  • Monitors and provides advise to vendors and employees on status of invoice and check request payments
  • Keep organized records
  • Perform adhoc activities as requested by the manager

Qualifications

  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
  • Excellent mathematical skills
  • Understanding of data privacy standards
  • Integrity, honesty, customer-service skills
  • Solid communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Familiarity with business principles and practices
  • Superior attention to detail
  • Organizational, planning, analytical, critical thinking and computer skills, particularly with spreadsheets
