Job Summary:
The Human Resources Administrative Assistant performs administrative and office support activities. This includes fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, creating spreadsheets and presentations, and filing.
Specific Duties:
SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Strong computer skills, including internet, Word, Excel, Outlook and PC Based applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English including proper grammar.

• Ability to adhere to processes, procedures and guidelines during the execution of tasks and assignments.

Minimum of 2 years experience as a Human Resources Administrative Assistant or similar role.
