CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST

Job Summary:

The Customer Support Specialist will be in constant communication with the customer and users of the logistics application. You will be responsible for assisting with successful customer onboarding, customer support and dispatching.

Specific Duties:

  • Provide support for the customers and users of the application.
  • Assist in customer onboarding and required presentation.
  • Working on Data Management related tasks.
  • Co-ordinate the support.
  • Manage the user Subscriptions.
  • Generate Reports as required.
  • Address & document user issues.
  • Process Documentation.
  • Support the team with any necessary Backend tasks.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills Required:

  • Attention to detail is a must as any hidden Issues in the development Process can halt the operations of the user’s company.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability to changes in the Process.
  • Willing to work under pressure.
  • Ability to think fast on your feet during a crisis and respond accordingly with a contingency plan for future.
  • Good knowledge in Excel is required.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Ability to interact with customers comfortably and document the requirements.
  • Great Multi-tasking skills.

Required Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate Degree is a plus.
  • Working Knowledge of basic MS Office tools like Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Good Data Management expertise preferred.
  • Project Coordination Expertise preferred.
  • Prior Experience with a Software Product is a Bonus.
  • Any Prior experience with Documentation is also a Bonus.

Required Experience:

  • 6 months to 1 Year of S/W Product Support (SaaS- Preferred, not required)
  • Project Coordination Experience (preferred, Not Required)
  • Customer/Client Handling and communication.
  • At least 6 months experience in Sales, Customer Service or Dispatch Services.
