The Trade Marketing Executive will be responsible to ensure growth in overall sales and brand dominance in Trade outlets via execution of marketing and trade activities, merchandising etc. to deliver the business objectives.
Job Summary:
The incumbent will be responsible to ensure growth in overall sales and brand dominance in Trade outlets via execution of marketing and trade activities, merchandising etc. to deliver the business objectives.
Key Duties:
- Management of Promotional Support Team to achieve objectives within channel
- Work with the Commercial Teams to proactively create innovative Trade Marketing plans in accordance with Brand Strategy and Customer Needs
- Lead Picture of Success Strategy by Category & Channel via merchandising and strategic promotional plans.
- Contribute to the overall channel strategy by brand with weekly trade audits identifying action plans to capitalize on opportunities.
- Manage an updated schedule of Channel & Customer activations prioritizing brand activations by month according to specific brand needs.
- Manage the budget allocations for all trade activations and ensures positive ROI on activations for GBI
- Review all Promotional review forms and report on key findings i.e. competitive data etc., making recommendations for improvements as needed.
- Ensure all ROI documents for activations and promotions are completed prior the schedule/confirmation is issued.
- Ensure all promotional activities are managed via pre and prost evaluations
- Ensures the effective and efficient management of signage resources at trade outlets to ensure brand and sales objectives are achieved
- Performs any other related duties as may be required by the function.

- Ability to develop and manage budgets and assess project return on investment

Qualification & Experience:
- Degree in Business/Marketing or any other related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar capacity
