Primary Objective of the Job:

• A responsible leader with an analytical and strategic mind and a broad knowledge of the Digicel business and the environment we work in. Committed to productivity and compliance

Main Duties and Responsibilities:  

• Formulate S&D strategy with the GM and wider SMT
• Design policies and procedures that align with overall strategy
• Implement efficient processes and standards
• Coordinate all operations (across all channels) and find ways to ensure customer retention
• Ensure compliance with regulatory policies and rules
• Oversee the implementation of technology solutions throughout the organization
• Manage contracts and relations with customers, vendors, partners and other stakeholders
• Evaluate risk and lead quality assurance efforts
• Responsible for the preparation of the yearly S&D budget and subsequent reporting on performance
• Mentor and motivate teams to achieve productivity and engagement
• Report on operational performance and suggest improvements

Academic qualifications and experience required for job:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Computer Science or related field
• 7+ Years in an operations, distribution or sales role
• Experience of a target driven environment
