Participate in AR job rotation, to gain in depth knowledge of all aspects of AR processing of payments to customer’s accounts and maintaining Accounts Receivable records.

Invoice Processor (MBJ)

This accounting candidate will be  responsible for supporting the overall financial operations of an organization by ensuring accurate recording, processing, and reporting of financial transactions. This role involves maintaining financial records, reconciling accounts, preparing reports, supporting audits, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.

  • Ability to prioritize workload and appropriately escalate risks or issues

  • Ability to use independent judgment and propose solutions to management
  • Ability to learn, retain, and apply job-related information accurately

 

✅ Qualifications:

  • Five (5) or more CXCs, including English Language and Accounts
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Minimum typing requirement of 20 WPM
  • Basic accounting knowledge is preferred
