Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inventory | Stores Supervisor at a division of Kaleidoscope Paints Ltd. located in San Juan, Trinidad and Tobago.

The Inventory | Stores Supervisor will be responsible for inventory management and warehouse operations within our beverage facilities. This role ensures accurate stock control, timely material availability, and efficient storage practices to support production and distribution. The Supervisor will lead and maintain inventory systems, and collaborate closely with procurement, production, and logistics departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily inventory and warehouse operations
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment
  • Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials
  • Implement and enforce inventory control procedures
  • Conduct regular audits and cycle counts
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of materials
  • Collaborate with procurement and production teams to forecast needs
  • Manage team schedules, training, and performance
  • Prepare inventory reports and daily updates for management

 

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 5 Years experience in Inventory Supervisory Experience
  • Deep Understanding of variance analysis and investigation
  • Full Accountability to Finance Department
  • ACCA Level 2 will be considered and asset.
  • Diploma or certification in Inventory Management, Logistics, or related field
  • Proven experience in warehouse or inventory supervision
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in inventory software, Excel and ERP systems (Great Plains preferred)
  • Knowledge of safety and compliance standards
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
