Inventory Operations Coordinator
Location: El Socorro
Employment Type: Full-time, On-site
Compensation: TTD 7,000.00 to TTD 8,000.00 monthly plus KPI-based incentives
Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Job Summary
Odin Group is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Inventory Operations Coordinator to support accurate inventory control across its operations. The role is hands-on and focuses on goods receipt, stock tracking, system updates, and coordination with internal departments to ensure smooth and compliant operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Receive and verify incoming goods against documentation
• Maintain accurate inventory records using digital systems
• Conduct routine stock counts and assist with resolving discrepancies
• Issue inventory for internal departments, projects, and events
• Track movement of equipment, assets, and stock across locations
• Coordinate with Procurement, Sales, Accounts, and Operations teams
• Support safe storage, handling, and warehouse organisation
KPIs and Incentives
Performance-based incentives may be earned based on:
• Inventory accuracy and reconciliation
• Timely and accurate system updates
• Reduction in stock variances
• Compliance with documentation and safety standards
Qualifications and Experience
• Diploma or Certificate in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum three years experience in inventory, warehouse, or logistics operations
• Experience using inventory management systems
• Experience with Zoho One or Zoho Inventory is an asset
• Strong data entry and record-keeping skills
