Inventory & Logistics Supervisor
A property development and management company located in Clarendon is hiring an Inventory & Logistics Supervisor to manage stock records, logistics, and support procurement and accounting processes. This role requires a hands-on individual with a strong grasp of inventory systems and logistics coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain inventory records and update systems
Conduct walkarounds to monitor and reorder stock
Reconcile goods received with purchase orders and invoices
Support Procurement and Accounts teams in resolving discrepancies
Visit various project locations as needed
Requirements:
At least 2 years’ experience in inventory or administrative roles
Strong skills in inventory management and data entry
High accuracy and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting platforms
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
