Inventory & Logistics Supervisor

A property development and management company located in Clarendon is hiring an Inventory & Logistics Supervisor to manage stock records, logistics, and support procurement and accounting processes. This role requires a hands-on individual with a strong grasp of inventory systems and logistics coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain inventory records and update systems

  • Conduct walkarounds to monitor and reorder stock

  • Reconcile goods received with purchase orders and invoices

  • Support Procurement and Accounts teams in resolving discrepancies

  • Visit various project locations as needed

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in inventory or administrative roles

  • Strong skills in inventory management and data entry

  • High accuracy and attention to detail

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting platforms

  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
