Inventory Control Coordinator

This role ensures efficient stock handling, inventory oversight, and timely support for retail demand through logistics and merchandising support.

Main Function

Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant management of warehouse inventory by monitoring stock levels, maintaining records in ERP systems, and coordinating internal stock issuance. Support operational efficiency and inventory integrity while assisting the Supply Chain Manager in maintaining smooth and effective warehouse operations.

Key Accountabilities:

• Maintain accurate stock records in ERP/WMS systems
• Assist with cycle counts and physical stock counts
• Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages and stockouts
• Ensure timely issuance of materials for production and internal requirements
• Track outstanding stock issues and communicate to Cross-functional Department
• Follow up with suppliers or internal teams to resolve operational challenges
• Ensure invoices and stock documentation are accurate and submitted on time

Minimum Requirements:

• Supply Chain Management, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, or a related field
• Alternatively, relevant college-level courses or professional certifications in inventory, warehouse, or supply chain management
• 3–5 years’ experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or stock management
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to track variances and analyze stock trends
• Effective communication and follow-up skills
• Reliable, proactive, and able to work under tight deadlines
• Proficiency in ERP/Ross systems
