The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping sales strategy, strengthening key customer relationships, and partnering with executive leadership to deliver sustainable growth. Role includes:
- Lead and execute the company’s overall sales and commercial strategy
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion across all channels
- Provide strategic leadership to sales, retail, and commercial teams
- Manage key customer relationships and negotiate major contracts
- Develop and monitor sales budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics
- Identify new business opportunities and respond to market and competitive trends
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align sales objectives with business goals
- Oversee pricing strategies, promotions, and route-to-market plans
- Build, mentor, and retain a high-performing sales leadership team
- Report directly to the CEO and contribute to executive-level decision-making
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is an asset)
- 8+ years of sales experience, including senior leadership responsibility
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving targets
- Strong experience in sales strategy, forecasting, and performance management
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- High level of commercial and market awareness
