Internal Audit Analyst

We are looking for an Internal Audit Analyst.

Hardware & Lumber Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Internal Audit Analyst to support internal audit functions. The successful candidate will play a key role in evaluating business processes, ensuring compliance, and analyzing data to support informed decision-making and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Extract and analyze large datasets to support audit assignments
• Assist in conducting routine and ad hoc internal audits
• Review business processes for compliance with policies and procedures
• Support investigations and compliance validation across the organization
• Prepare accurate and timely audit reports for stakeholders
• Contribute to data-driven insights for cost savings and operational improvements

Qualifications & Experience

• 3–5 years’ experience in internal audit, compliance, or regulatory environment.
• Professional certification (e.g., Internal Audit, Compliance, Risk) is an asset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
