Integrated Management System Coordinator - Caribbean Development Co. Ltd.

The Integrated Management System Coordinator (IMS Coordinator) will serve as the coordinator for the implementation of the Integrated Management Systems across the Sector; to ensure the Company’s certification status is achieved; maintained and upgraded to the latest ISO versions.

Job Summary

• The Integrated Management System Coordinator (IMS Coordinator) will serve as the coordinator for the implementation of the Integrated Management Systems across the Sector; to ensure the Company’s certification status is achieved; maintained and upgraded to the latest ISO versions. 

Job Responsibilities

• Maintaining ISO certification and approval status through the coordination and execution of surveillance; recertification and various customer audits.
• Prepare documentation and other system requirements in consultation with the various departments, recommend improvement to existing documentation and processes.
• Conduct/assist in IMS audits and evaluate different areas and processes of the company to monitor compliance to applicable Standards, existing policies and procedures of the company or customers.
• Check the effectiveness of the Integrated Management System and the implementation of existing policies and procedures necessary for the attainment of company objectives.
• Recommend measures on improving the Integrated Management System and maintain the Company’s Integrated Management System Certification.
• Promote awareness to all individuals of the organization on the IMS Standards and other existing policies and procedures of the company through trainings and presentations.
• Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice capacity planning vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve operational performance.
• Assist in drawing up strategies and action plans to attain objectives and effectively implement the formulated actions.
• Contribute to new business initiatives and projects and review and communicate the impact on Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Reporting into Senior Management as required on the Status of the QMS by the tracking of Key Performance Indicators (KP Is) relevant to the company.

Qualifications & Experience

• BSc in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or any other science degree
• Formal Qualifications as an ISO Lead Auditor in a relevant standard (9001:2015; 22000 etc)
• 3-5 years working Experience in Quality Systems/ Auditing or related field in a Manufacturing/FMCG Environment
• Practical knowledge on Documentation and Implementation of Integrated Management Systems including but not limited to Quality Management System (ISO 9001 :2015); Food Safety Systems (FSSC 22000); Environmental Management System to ISO 140001.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite programs and other relevant software.
• Effective communication (Verbal/Written) and interpersonal skills.
• Good Leadership skills.
• Strong Analytical Skills.
• Must possess enthusiasm and initiative, must be able to prioritize and should be well-organized and detail oriented.
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision and be able to identify critical instructions.
