We are seeking a results-driven Spare Parts Stores Manager to lead the Stores Unit, ensuring strategic management of spare parts to drive operational efficiency, optimize working capital, and support the company’s strategic objectives.

Purpose of the Job:-

The Spare Parts Stores Manager is responsible for leading the Stores Unit to ensure the efficient management and availability of spare parts required for plant operations. The role focuses on maximizing operational efficiency, maintaining accurate inventory, and delivering high levels of internal customer satisfaction. The Manager will supervise, organize, and develop Stores personnel, establish and monitor performance targets, and ensure that all activities align with the company's operational standards and strategic goals.

 Requirements:-

• Lead the Stores Unit to ensure availability, reliability, and optimal allocation of all spare parts and critical materials.
• Develop and execute strategic inventory management plans to support continuous plant operations and minimize downtime.
• Build and develop a high-performing team, setting clear performance targets and fostering a culture of accountability and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with Plant, Maintenance, and Procurement leadership to align spare parts strategy with operational and business objectives.
• Drive supplier strategy and performance, including vendor selection, contract negotiations, and long-term partnerships for critical spares.
• Implement metrics and reporting systems to monitor inventory performance, cost efficiency, and risk management.
• Identify and lead process improvements, automation opportunities, and predictive maintenance support initiatives to enhance overall plant efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all Stores operations.
