  A new company representing Caribbean Roasters’ brands and products is seeking a high-performing Barista & Events 
  Manager to lead a new beverage experience project. 
  This position will play a central role in client training, hospitality execution, brand representation, and generate a new 
  and exciting retail and wholesale opportunities

• 
  This is not a traditional barista role. The position requires someone polished, energetic, hospitality-driven, and capable of delivering premium experiences across café environments, corporate activations, private events, and client training sessions. This role directly reports to the Company Ownership/Directors.

• Expanded Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead execution of new concept, operations across corporate, private, and brand activations
  • Oversee complete event lifecycle including planning, setup, live service execution, and breakdown with a potential activation partner
  • Maintain consistent beverage quality under high-volume conditions while preserving a premium customer experience
  • Innovate and create new and perfecting existing beverage options both coffee-based and non-coffee-based working in line with in-house marketing team
  • Serve as the primary on-site decision maker and problem solver during events
  • Build relationships with clients, guests, and partners to create repeat opportunities
  • Dial in espresso daily based on environmental and bean variables
  • Maintain strict beverage standards across all drinks served
  • Execute milk texturing and beverage presentation with precision and speed
  • Design and deliver structured training sessions for café partners and wholesale clients
  • Manage inventory planning for events and training sessions
  • Maintain espresso machines, grinders, and coffee concept infrastructure
  • Support social media and brand storytelling opportunities during events
  • Act as a brand ambassador reflecting Caribbean Roasters’ identity and values
  • 2–5+ years’ experience in mixology, coffee (preferred), hospitality, restaurant, lounge, or premium café environments – you must be passionate and LOVE coffee
  • Previous experience as a barista, bartender, mixologist, café supervisor, restaurant lead, or hospitality manager preferred
  • Experience working within mid-to-high-end cafés, restaurants, lounges, hotels, or event environments
  • Strong customer service and hospitality instincts with polished communication skills
  • Experience with corporate events, catering, activations, or guest-facing experiences is highly valued
  • Strong technical espresso and milk preparation skills preferred however must be willing to learn and be trainable
  • Willingness to learn coffee equipment calibration, grinder adjustments, espresso extraction, and coffee technical systems
  • Willingness to be trained and continuously improve professionally
  • Strong team player with a collaborative and positive attitude
  • Sales-minded with an entrepreneurial spirit and passion for growing the brand
  • Comfortable leading trainings, educating clients, and representing a premium brand
  • Highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in fast-paced environments
