IT Manager (Mandeville)

A reputable financial institution located in Mandeville, Manchester is seeking an experienced and forward-thinking IT Manager to lead its technology operations and ensure the highest standards of system security, efficiency, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation, maintenance, and security of all IT systems, networks, and infrastructure
• Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices
• Manage system upgrades, backups, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity protocols
• Lead technology projects to improve efficiency and enhance customer experience
• Provide technical support and guidance to staff across all departments
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and data protection laws
• Maintain vendor relationships and manage IT budgets

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

• Proven experience leading IT projects and managing cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with financial regulatory frameworks and data protection standards
