Salary: TTD$22,000.00 (monthly)

Experience/Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university with major course work in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a closely related field.
IT
- Strong Windows Server 2012/8/8.1 Active Directory environment knowledge/certification.
- Strong networking knowledge and ability to deploy, manage, troubleshoot and document complex networking infrastructures using Juniper Enterprise network switching equipment.
- Strong background in deploying, administration, troubleshooting and documentation of a VMWare Enterprise virtual environment.
- Experience and knowledge in deploying, administration, troubleshooting and documentation of Enterprise Firewall and ePO Antivirus solutions.
- Experience and knowledge in the administration, maintenance, troubleshooting and documentation of VOIP PBX solutions.
- Experience and knowledge in deploying, administration, troubleshooting and documentation of biometric time and attendance systems.
- Experience and knowledge in deploying, administration, troubleshooting and documentation of HRIS and Accounting packages.
- Competencies in website content management for the administration of the Company’s website.
- Strong competencies in administration of a Google Apps for Business platform.
- Experience in the administration of a cloud-based CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) or similar.
- Experience and knowledge in the administration of Enterprise Backup software, both locally hosted and cloud-based.
- Experience in mobile technologies; deploying, administration, troubleshooting and documentation of mobile apps and services to employees’ Android and iOS smartphones.
- Ability to manage multiple simultaneous IT Projects and provide timely reporting on each using Project Management tools and techniques.
- Ability to produce detailed systems documentation.
- Ability to produce and manage IT policies for use of all Company IT systems and/or services.
- Strong ability to train staff as required in the usage of the Company’s IT systems and/or services.
- Ability to produce and manage annual IT budgets.
- Ability to make strategic decisions regarding the Company’s use of IT systems and/or services.
- Any other general IT requirements.
Experience
- Three years of increasingly responsible Systems Administration experience.
- A minimum of two years progressive experience in various Information Technology-related functions including, but not limited to, Server Administration, Virtualization Technologies, IT Systems Security and Access Control Technologies, Biometric Technologies, ERP/CMMS Systems, Project Management and Business/Enterprise Networking Technologies.
Job Objective:
The IT Manager will be responsible for the Information Technology Department’s operations. He/she will manage the department’s deployment, administration, maintenance, troubleshooting and documentation of various technologies which are under the department’s jurisdiction. This person will focus on the management of the department’s resources for the successful administration of the network infrastructure to include desktop PC’s, Servers, Virtual Servers and Virtual Desktops, network equipment, mobile VOIP PBX, firewalls, antivirus solutions, backup solutions and software applications both locally hosted and cloud-based. The IT Manager will assess and identify appropriate solutions to be integrated into the Company’s Head Office and Site operations and develop complete Project Proposals for submission to the Company’s CEO and/or Board of Directors for approvals.
Job Relationships:
This position requires excellent communication, strategic planning, resource management and organizational skills to support the Company’s Senior Management, Administrative Personnel, Site Facilities Managers and On Site Support Staff. Promote a positive work environment by maintaining respectful interactions with Vendors, Network Service Providers, Clients and all Employees of Servus Limited. This position requires the ability to function successfully in both team and independent work environments.
Major Responsibilities:
- Manages the planning, design, documentation, and implementation of various systems to include desktop PC’s, Servers, Virtual Servers and Virtual Desktops, network equipment, mobile VOIP PBX, firewalls, antivirus solutions, backup solutions and software applications both locally hosted and cloud-based.
- Manages the administration and maintenance of the Company’s printers.
- Makes recommendations for new equipment and services to purchase and works with various vendors for procurement.
- Manages and performs on-site and remote technical support as required.
- Manages the organization and inventory of all IT Assets.
- Maintains excellent communication with the CEO, Senior Management and Staff on all tasks and projects as necessary.
- Creates and maintains good technical documentation of all IT systems.
- Provides emergency on-call support as required.
- Performs other IT-related duties as assigned.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Several years’ experience with Windows 2008/2012 Server platforms with an emphasis on Active Directory.
- Solid knowledge of LAN/WAN configurations to include experience with Juniper switches, VOIP PBX solutions, Enterprise next-generation firewalls, biometric time and attendance devices as well as Enterprise wireless technology.
- Extensive knowledge of Virtualization technologies
- Experience working with Enterprise antivirus and backup solutions
- Experience with administration of cloud-bases SaaS (Software as a Service) systems.
- Competencies in basic website content management using content management tools and simple HTML/PHP/JavaScript coding.
- Basic Windows scripting skills.
- Experience setting up and managing database systems such as SQL Server.
- Advanced hardware & software troubleshooting skills.

HSE responsibilities:
