IT Knowledge & Technical Skills:

  • Knowledgeable in IT products and services, with a deep understanding of their features, specifications, benefits, and applications.
  • A thorough understanding of computer hardware, software, and related products and services.

Accounting & Software:

  • Solid understanding of basic accounting principles.
  • Hands-on experience in operating spreadsheets and Peachtree accounting software.

Sales & Marketing:

  • Experience in sales and marketing of information technology products and services.

Customer Service & Administrative:

  • A blend of strong customer service, organizational, and administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication and front office skills.
  • Data entry skills.
  • Effective documentation and record keeping.
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Customer service orientation and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in English and MS Office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and customer service support for sales of IT products and services.
  • Respond to client inquiries, provide product information, and support front office operations.
  • Maintain accurate records, manage data entry, and handle documentation processes.
