Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound sales activities, supporting field sales teams, and nurturing client relationships primarily through phone, email, and digital channels while contributing to the overall achievement of sales targets.
JOB DESCRIPTION: INSIDE SALES EXECUTIVE
Handle incoming sales inquries and provide information on shipping services.
Generate and follow up on sales leads via phone, email.
Provide sales quotations to clients and follow up to secure business.
Convert leads into confirmed bookings by understanding customer needs and offering logistics solutions.
Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and track client activity.
Support the outside sales team by preparing quotes, proposals, booking of cargo and following up on shipments.
Advising customers of their shipments and following up to enquire about service delivery.
Proacitvely follow up with cleints to ensure satisfaction and explore new business opportunities.
Coordinate with operations, customer service and finacne departments to ensure optium service delivery to customers.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential sales opportunities.
Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
Requirements:
BSc in Business, Logistics, International Trade or related field.
2-4 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the Shipping, Freight Fowarding or Logistics Industry.
Strong understanding of ocean freight, air fright and basic shipping documentation
Execellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service orientation with sales-driven mindset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to multitaks and priorize work in a fast-paced environment.
Acess to motor vehicle is an asset.
