ICT Manager – Governance, Coordination, Infrastructure and Operational Oversight
The role is expected to support the Bank’s evolving ICT operating model, including oversight of managed service providers, (MSPs), transitional activities, operational stabilization, governance enhancement, cyber security, oversight, disaster recovery, readiness, and strengthening of internal ICT capability.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain the Bank’s ICT governance framework, including ICT policies, standards, procedures and operational practices.
- Maintain and report on the ICT risk register, ensuring risks, remediation activities and mitigation actions are appropriately tracked and escalated.
- Maintain oversight of infrastructure, Cybersecurity systems, business applications, cloud services, and vendor managed environment.
- Coordinate and oversee external ICT service providers, including monitoring service levels and operational performance, escalation management, incident resolution, and transition deliverables.
- Support operational transition activities associated with the Bank’s evolving ICT operational model.
- Ensure ICT documentation remains complete, accurate, current, reconciled, and audit ready.
- Coordinate cybersecurity and governance activities
- Support ICT projects, procurement activities, vendor evaluations and operational technology initiatives.
- Prepare clear, structured reporting for Executive Management
- Coordinate and prepare ICT regulatory submissions, audit requests, regulatory examinations, and remediation tracking activities.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant professional qualification in related field.
- Preferred / Advantageous certifications: ITIL, ISO 27001, CISSP, CISM, Microsoft, Azure Fundamentals, AWS Cloud Fundamentals, CCNA, COBIT
- Minimum of 7–10 years’ progressive ICT experience, with minimum 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of networks, system administration, cybersecurity and cloud platforms.
- Experience working within regulated or financial services ICT environments, including vendor-managed or outsourced ICT operating models
- Demonstrated technical capability across core ICT domains, including:
- cloud-enabled platforms and services (e.g. Microsoft 365)
- infrastructure and networking
- systems and business applications
- backup, disaster recovery, and continuity arrangements
