The Human Resources Officer is responsible for the day-to-day operational and technical duties of the HR Department functions and programmes.
The Human Resources Officer is responsible for the day-to-day operational and technical duties of the HR Department functions and programmes including assigned responsibilities of employment recruitment, workers compensation, benefits administration, employee and industrial relations, training and development and performance management. He/She will provide technical assistance and HR metrics to key internal stakeholders and provide support in assigned areas as required.
