About the Role

As the Human Resources Manager, you will report directly to executive management team and be responsible for leading the HR function, influencing organizational change, and fostering a high-performance culture. This is an opportunity to shape policies, enhance engagement, and mentor leaders to create an enabling environment where every employee can thrive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the HR department, including HR staff, payroll, and administrative support teams.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs aligned with business objectives.
  • Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, training, and professional development initiatives.
  • Manage payroll administration, attendance, absenteeism, staff incentives, and departmental budgets.
  • Provide expert guidance on disciplinary matters, labour relations, compliance, and legal HR requirements.
  • Conduct audits, maintain HR records, and ensure compliance with internal policies and industry standards.
  • Collaborate on Health, Safety, and Environmental initiatives, including safety compliance and reporting.
  • Prepare HR reports and strategic recommendations for executive leadership.

Qualifications and Skills Required

  • BSc or MSc in Human Resource Management.
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in senior HR management, with in-depth knowledge of industrial relations, labour laws, and HR best practices.
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities with experience mentoring and developing teams.
  • Excellent communication and tactful negotiation skills.
  • Experience in budget management and strategic HR planning.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software, payroll systems, and administrative HR tools.
