Human Resources Manager

The HR Manager will be responsible for providing HR best practice strategic support and advisory services to key stakeholders across the business, ensuring alignment between our people agenda and business strategy.

Job Summary

Reporting to the Director – Human Resources, the HR Manager will be responsible for providing HR best practice strategic support and advisory services to key stakeholders across the business, ensuring alignment between our people agenda and business strategy.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Partner with leadership, management, and supervisors to ensure HR practices support the fulfilment of business objectives, performance excellence, and continuous improvement.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, and leave management.
• Utilise data to drive decision-making, cost efficiency, and innovation.
• Provides a strong focus on effective people management and positive employee experiences.
• Partners with other HR SME’s to drive learning, development, talent management, and workforce planning initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of management experience, preferably in a business support role.  A minimum of 7 years in an HR Management role.
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, ADR, or CIPD) preferred.
• HR Manager and People Analytics Certifications (AIHR)
• Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
