Salary: $4500- $5000 TTD Per month
Key Responsibilities:
Enter and update employee data in HR systems and physical files
Assist with job postings, interview scheduling, and recruitment documentation
Maintain and organise confidential HR files, forms, and correspondence
Prepare employee packages and coordinate onboarding and orientation
Track employee attendance, leave, and related documentation
Prepare standard HR letters (e.g. employment verifications)
Compile HR reports and maintain spreadsheets
Respond to general employee queries and provide clerical support
Ensure compliance with HR policies and maintain confidentiality at all times
Qualifications & Skills:
Five (5) CXC O’Level passes, including English Language and Mathematics
Minimum of one (1) year administrative or HR-related experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong communication, time management, and organisational skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
