Manage the operational processes of the Human Resources department.

Direct, coordinate and control the implementation of strategies, initiatives and processes of Human Resources through adherence to the guidelines, regulations and policies established by the company and related government agencies.

Duties & Responsibilities: 

  • Manage, coordinate and control all processes for Recruitment and Selection, Training & Development, Labour Relations and Payroll
  • Manage the department's budget (Payroll, taxes, transportation, canteen, uniforms, training and benefits)
  • Manage and act as mediator in conflict situations between employees and management, seeking solutions that benefit all parties involved
  • Contribute to the construction and maintenance of the organizational culture, aligning the values and mission of the company with the actions and behaviors of employees
  • Promote compliance with the company´s Philosophy, Purpose, Values, Policies and Objectives among the different members of the department
  • Contribute to safeguard employee´s physical integrity by accomplishing Safety and Health rules and standards.
Experience
  • Experience in a similar position for a minimum  of 3 years as HR Manager 
  • Hotel sector experience desirable
  • Experience working with HR KPI's.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR related laws, regulations and policies, as well as experience with leading edge and other advanced HR related programs and initiatives.
