HR Manager
Under the direction of the CEO, the Human Resources Manager will have the responsibility of managing the Human Resources Department which includes managing the recruitment, selection, training and development processes of the employees, also to ensure the collection and maintenance of human resources information. Additionally, the Human Resource Manager will comply with established procedures and policies of the Company, Labour Laws, Occupational Safety & Health, and Environmental Regulations; along with maintaining a solid working relationship with all relevant governmental agencies. The individual will provide support to their respective team, and any other area throughout the company.
