Human Resource Manager

The Human Resource Manager is responsible for developing and leading TPAC’s human resource strategy, cultivating a culture that values people, strengthens organisational performance, and upholds the highest standards of compliance, quality, and professionalism.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Human Resource Manager is responsible for developing and leading TPAC’s human resource strategy, cultivating a culture that values people, strengthens organisational performance, and upholds the highest standards of compliance, quality, and professionalism. This role focuses on strategic leadership in talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and workforce development.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING:

• At least eight (8) years of experience in human resource and industrial relations at a senior or middle-management level.
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Management, or Human Resource Management or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Postgraduate qualification with core HR courses is required.
• Professional HR certification (SPHR, PHR, SHRM-SCP, etc.) will be an asset.
• Experience in Industrial Relations, including the application of IR principles, grievance handling, and managing employer–employee relations
• Demonstrated experience or strong affinity with the arts will be considered an advantage.
