The Product Lead at AMPLIA will play a key role in supporting the Product Manager in researching, developing, and optimizing products and packages that enhance the AMPLIA customer experience.

JOB SUMMARY

The Product Lead at AMPLIA will play a key role in supporting the Product Manager in researching, developing, and optimizing products and packages that enhance the AMPLIA customer experience. Their focus will be on data-driven decision-making collecting, analysing, and interpreting business insights to guide product strategy and performance improvements. They will work closely with cross-functional teams, assist in market research, and develop reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the Product Manager in managing the entire product lifecycle—from ideation and planning through launch and optimization.
  • Conduct and compile market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.
  • Analyze product performance and develop KPI tracking systems to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.
  • Design, build, and maintain interactive Tableau and Power BI dashboards to visualize key metrics and trends for product performance, customer behaviour, and market shifts.
  • Automate and standardize recurring reports to improve accessibility and efficiency in decision-making.
  • Translate data insights into actionable recommendations to optimize products, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Service teams to ensure accurate data capture and reporting.
  • Assist in preparing product-related presentations, reports, and business cases for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with vendors and partners to gather product data, track performance, and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Maintain product documentation, including feature specifications, process flows, and performance summaries.
  • Support quality assurance and post-launch analysis to ensure products meet defined standards and customer expectations.
  • Stay informed on industry analytics trends, BI best practices, and emerging tools that can improve Amplia’s reporting capabilities.
  • Provide training and support to internal teams on interpreting and using dashboards effectively.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Data Analytics, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 2–4 years of experience in product support, business analysis, or analytics (telecom or tech industry preferred).
  • Proven experience with Tableau and Power BI, including dashboard design, data modeling, and advanced visualization.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and experience with SQL or similar query languages.
  • Solid understanding of product performance metrics and business KPIs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data in a clear, compelling manner.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability.
