Macs Pharmaceuticals and Cosmetics 05 Limited is seeking to recruit a suitable person to fill the position of Human Resource Manager.

The Human Resource Manager will be responsible for overseeing all human resource matters within the company, including industrial relations, talent acquisition, benefits administration, and performance management.

Key requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in HR leadership roles
• Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations
• Strong knowledge of Jamaican labour laws and HR practices
• Experience in preparing work place protocols
• Proficient in MS Office and Statistical software
• Outstanding communication ability
• Excellent organizational and leaderships skills
• Attention to detail
• Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach
