JOB SUMMARY

This role is equivalent to a Senior Human Resources Officer and carries Human Resources generalist responsibilities. The incumbent partners with the company’s leaders to ensure teams are set up to deliver outstanding results while representing recognised brands and building on the company’s culture. The HRBP will work closely with leaders to define and implement people strategies that drive culture and engagement through a variety of strategic initiatives using influential leadership to achieve the organisation’s people capability goals.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develops and sustains an engaging culture based on the company’s values, leveraging employee feedback survey results and other insights to drive business results.
  • Builds strong relationships with all functional leaders and serves as a trusted advisor for employees, navigating the employee life cycle including promotions, resignations, transfers, terminations, and performance management.
  • Leads the integration of all company Talent related programs and processes.
  • Partners with coaches to identify culture and development needs, creating solutions to further strengthen individuals and the organizational culture.
  • Leads recruiting, interviewing, and hiring processes that deliver an exceptional candidate experience and attract high-potential, high-performing talent.
  • Build strong relationships to ensure the right talent is placed in the right role at the right time, exceeding expectations and hiring for long-term success.
  • Performs other related duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in Human Resources Management or related field).
  • A minimum of five (5) years HR experience in a direct HR role, preferably focused on Culture and People Practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
