Lead the Group’s HR strategy across multiple countries, aligning people initiatives with business goals. Drive talent development, engagement, compliance, and HR transformation while advising the Executive Team and Board.
Strategic Leadership
Develop and execute the Group’s HR strategy in alignment with overall business objectives.
Serve as a trusted advisor to the Executive Team and Board on all HR and people matters.
Lead change management and organisational transformation initiatives across multiple countries.
Talent Management & Organisational Development
Oversee workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development programmes.
Drive initiatives to attract, retain, and develop top talent across all business units.
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives at all organisational levels.
Employee Relations & Compliance
Ensure compliance with labour laws and employment standards across multiple jurisdictions.
Manage complex industrial relations matters, including negotiations, dispute resolution, and disciplinary processes.
Promote a culture of open communication, engagement, and collaboration.
HR Operations & Technology
Oversee HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS management.
Implement data-driven HR analytics to guide decision-making.
Lead digital transformation of HR processes to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
Culture & Engagement
Foster a culture that reflects the organisation’s values and drives employee engagement.
Implement recognition and reward programmes that reinforce high performance.
Promote employee well-being initiatives to enhance productivity and retention.
Minimum Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 10 years’ experience in Strategic Human Resource Leadership at a senior management or executive level, preferably within a multi-location or multi-country organisation.
Education:
Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Organisational Development, or a related discipline (mandatory)
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or related field (mandatory)
Proven track record in HR strategy design and execution, aligning people initiatives with overall business objectives.
Strong knowledge of labour laws and industrial relations practices within the Caribbean region and/or international jurisdictions.
Demonstrated expertise in talent management, succession planning, organisational development, employee engagement, and change management.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at Board and Executive levels.
Experience in HR systems, analytics, and digital transformation initiatives.
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professional ethics.
Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-growth, and culturally diverse environments.
Willingness to travel regionally and internationally as required.
