Human Resource Associate Outsourcing

Human Resource Staff needed for a dynamic department.

The Human Resource Associate (Outsourcing) is primarily responsible for handling the day-to-day internal HR functions within the company as well as providing support to the external HR services area as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Review and update HR policies, procedures and forms.
• Keep abreast with laws and regulations in respect of HR matters, employment practices/trends and recommend new or revised policies and procedures, as appropriate.
• Coordinate and assist with employee recruitment, including the entire hiring process, and complete all related documentation in this regard.
• Establish and maintain employee records and relevant reports.
• Coordinate and participate in documenting Terminations and related exit interviews, where feasible. 
• Administrate employee benefits (medical insurance) records.
• Proactively champion timely renewal of Vehicle Insurance Certificates.
• Assist with the processing of Staff Payroll.
• Any other duties assigned by the Manager - HR & Payroll Outsourcing.

Qualifications and Experience

• Secondary school education including the attainment of at least five (5) ‘O’ including English Language and Mathematics and/or two (2) ‘A’ levels.
• 2-3 Years’ experience in a professional payroll or accounting environment.
• Pursuing Tertiary level education in business or relevant qualification.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Knowledge of HRP would be an asset.
