Our client, LOCATED IN CENTRAL, is a seeking to employ a TEMPORARY (1 YEAR CONTRACT) HUMAN RESOURCE ANALYST

 

Compensation:  $10K TO $16K

 

The HR Analyst supports the Human Resources team by providing analytical, administrative, and operational expertise across the employee lifecycle. The role involves gathering, validating, and analysing workforce data; maintaining HR systems; supporting HR programmes and projects; and ensuring HR processes run efficiently and in compliance with company policies and legislation.
The HR Analyst works collaboratively with HR team members and other departments to optimise processes, enable data-driven decision-making, and enhance overall HR service delivery.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
HRIS, Digital Platforms & Training
  • Maintain, optimise, and support the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and other HR digital platforms.
  • Lead HRIS and HR digital projects, including planning, implementation, post-implementation evaluation, and strategic enhancements.
  • Manage budgets for HRIS systems, licenses, software, and consultancy services.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, resolve data discrepancies, and recommend improvements.
  • Develop and maintain HRIS policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures.
  • Generate and analyse HR reports, dashboards, and workforce data to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors on system improvements, integrations, and new implementations.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance HR data collection, reporting, analytics, and process efficiency.
  • Develop training manuals, guides, and end-user documentation for HR systems and digital tools.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for HR team members and employees to ensure adoption and effective use of digital platforms.
  • Design surveys, quizzes, and other tools to support HR initiatives, learning, and engagement.
HR Support & Customer Service
  • Provide administrative, operational, and analytical support across all core HR areas.
  • Respond to system-related inquiries, provide technical support, and track user issues.
  • Recommend process improvements, innovative solutions, and policy adjustments to enhance HR services.
  • Assist with HR research, policy updates, programme implementation, and regulatory reporting.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and documentation in compliance with company policies and legislation.
HR Analytics & Workforce Insights
  • Analyse HR data to identify trends in turnover, performance, absenteeism, and other workforce metrics.
  • Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations to support HR leadership decision-making.
  • Support workforce planning, talent management, and organisational development initiatives.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance of HR data for internal and external reporting.
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in HRIS, Information Systems, or HR analytics roles.
Skills & Competencies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
  • Knowledge of HR practices, policies, and legislation.
  • Ability to conduct research, analyse information, and provide actionable insights.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and solutions-oriented approach.
  • Numeracy and data analysis skills to support HR decision-making
