Applications are invited for suitable qualified candidates to fill the position of Human Resource Administrator in the Human Resource and Administrative Department.

 The Role

The Human Resource Administrator is responsible for ensuring that sound and consistent practices are applied for all employees, through compliance with all human resource policies and labour laws. The position requires excellent interpersonal skills, highly ethical with unquestionable confidentiality to join our team!

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Administer process of recruitment, selection and on-boarding process
  • Manage the Company’s appraisal system and conduct appraisal training when necessary
  • Update and refine current employee handbook
  • Assist with the management of the Performance Appraisal System
  • Administer human resource programs and initiatives
  • Oversee the performance management process of employees
  • Manage employees benefit programs
  • Investigate complaints and oversee the grievance procedures             
  • Develop team building activities to foster unity and cooperation amongst the teams
  • Assist with the administration of employee’s training and development      
  • Manage/monitor employee injuries
  • Manage the company’s Leave Management Process
  • Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
  • Process Administrative correspondences

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • BSc in Human Resource Management or Management Studies or equivalent qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years’ related experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of HRMS is a plus
  • Knowledge of the use and application of CANVA would be an asset
