Royalton Hotels & Resorts is looking for an experienced Housekeeping Manager to lead the Housekeeping, Public Areas, and Laundry departments. This role is responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, ensuring guest satisfaction, optimizing staff productivity, and aligning operations with brand and Marriott standards.
Manage all Housekeeping, Public Areas, and Laundry functions.
Plan staff schedules, vacations, and absences based on occupancy and operational needs.
Conduct room inspections, manage room discrepancies, and ensure room readiness.
Maintain stock levels, equipment condition, and cleanliness across all areas.
Ensure accurate reporting and communication of room status.
Monitor service audits, social media, and guest feedback.
Lead corrective and preventive action plans.
Ensure VIP areas and rooms meet luxury hospitality standards.
Implement deep-cleaning and room rehabilitation programs.
Participate in recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
Conduct regular team briefings and ensure compliance with service and safety standards.
Promote a culture of professionalism and accountability.
Ensure all staff are trained in emergency and sustainability protocols.
Review departmental budgets and control costs.
Monitor supply usage, conduct inventories, and authorize purchases.
Track linen, amenities, and operational equipment usage and losses.
Manage expenses in line with departmental goals and forecast.
Operate key hospitality platforms such as NewHotel and HotSOS.
Report technical issues and opportunities for improving workflow and guest experience.
Determine operational supply needs and coordinate requisitions.
Authorize office and cleaning supply orders in coordination with the Purchasing department.
