To oversee the efficient running of the Guest Services & Guest Concierge area and be responsible for all onsite sales, guest-related movements, inquiries, and complaints on property.
Solicit, develop and contract group sales business, including food and beverage and all BEYC ancillary revenue segments
Responsible for proactive sales activities focused on developing business in the local marketplace through active promotion of the property, sales calls, and networking activities
Responsible for detailing and coordinating all group sales activities on property, including creating Banquet Event Orders and Group Resumes for onsite groups, handling pre-con meetings and all client site visits ·
Responsible for coordination of group activities within all departments of BEYC
Assist the Director of Operations in preparation of monthly sales reports as assigned
Act as the sales representative of BEYC to all business influencers, clients, and partners.
Communicate and develop relationships with all potential travel agents, influencers and local partners for the purposes of business development
Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual financial goals by optimizing sales of private events and ancillary revenue segments
