Help Desk Analyst

Our client, an established technology solutions provider delivering software and application support services to a diverse client base, is seeking a Help Desk Analyst to join their team.

This role is best suited for a computer science professional with strong technical capability and excellent communication skills, who enjoys problem-solving and delivering high-quality client support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide application and technical support to users via the Help Desk
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues with a strong focus on root cause analysis
  • Assist in the development, testing, and implementation of new and enhanced systems
  • Monitor and execute daily processes for test and training environments
  • Escalate complex issues appropriately while ensuring timely resolution
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external clients to resolve issues efficiently
  • Train and support users on system functionality and best practices
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
  • Recommend and implement improvements to enhance system and team efficiency

Required Qualifications & Technical Competence

  • Degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Strong understanding of databases and coding principles (critical requirement)
  • Solid knowledge of operating systems, applications, and network environments (LAN/WAN)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
