The Heavy T Driver/Loader of Dispatch, Bond & Equipment is mainly responsible for performing driving and loading duties at the point of production and client location, operating the vehicle and equipment in accordance with company and aircraft safety requirements, and client specifications.

Heavy T Driver / Loader

Duties & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Safely, efficiently, and timely transport finished products, equipment, and supplies between production facilities, airport locations, and client sites.

• Load, unload, and secure products, equipment, and materials to ensure safe transportation and delivery.

• Verify delivery items against documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness of orders.

• Maintain the cleanliness and general upkeep of assigned vehicles and work areas.

• Adhere to all airport ramp regulations, security requirements, and operational procedures in accordance with the Airports Authority guidelines.

• Ensure compliance with all Health, Safety and Environment (HSE), HACCP, Food Safety, Food Hygiene, and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements.

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and collection of products and equipment.

• Provide professional and courteous customer service when interacting with clients, airline representatives, and internal stakeholders.

• Assist with meal assembly, equipment preparation, and meal set-up activities when required.

• Participate in the loading and unloading of catering equipment, food carts, supplies, and inventory.

• Assist with stock counts and inventory control activities as required.

• Minimize waste and report any shortages, damages, incidents, or discrepancies immediately.

• Complete all delivery documentation, logs, reports, and records accurately and in a timely manner.

• Attend departmental meetings and comply with all company policies, procedures, and operational standards.

• Maintain a safe and secure working environment and report any hazards, accidents, or unsafe conditions.

• Perform any other duties assigned to support operational requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of three (3) years' experience operating heavy transport vehicles.

• Valid Heavy T Licence is required.

• Minimum of one (1) year experience in a delivery, logistics, warehouse, transportation, or loading environment would be an asset.

• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

• Strong customer service, teamwork, and communication skills.

• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as required.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, push, pull, and move heavy items safely and repeatedly throughout the workday.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work in various weather and operational conditions for extended periods.

Travel Requirements

• No domestic or international travel is required for this position.
