Graceway Supermarkets is seeking an experienced HEAD OF SALES MANAGER to lead our Food Service Division’s Sales & Marketing team.  This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving growth, managing client relationships, and ensuring operational excellence.

Job Title:                     Head of Sales Manager  

Accountable to:          Head of Commercial Operations 

Salary Range:             $65,000 - $75,000 per annum, commensurate with experience 

Job Summary

As Head of Sales Manager, you will: 

• Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team serving resorts, restaurants, cafés, and B2B clients. 
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share. 
• Build strong relationships with chefs, managers, and decision-makers in the hospitality industry. 
• Oversee product ordering, receiving, and distribution to ensure quality and timely delivery. 
• Conduct market research to identify trends and introduce new products. 
• Represent Graceway at industry events and client meetings to strengthen our brand presence. 

Key Duties/Responsibilities 

• Manage all Food Service sales operations and ensure client satisfaction. 
• Train and mentor sales managers on product knowledge, sales strategies, and service excellence. 
• Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and implement corrective actions. 
• Coordinate with buyers and logistics teams for special orders and shipments. 
• Promote new products and value-added offerings to clients. 

What We’re Looking For 

• A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in sales, marketing, or account management within hospitality, retail, or food service. 
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team. 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. 
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and quality control. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) experience is a plus.
