Head of HR/ People Organization

To be successful in this role, you should be familiar with HR technology, Data Analytics, time and attendance systems as well as payroll systems. Set objectives for the HR team and develop and track progress of the team.

The Head- Human Resorces responsibilities include overseeing the recruitment process; managing talent and performance metrics; implementin and supporting company policies and setting objectives for the HR in- country team. As a senior leader and business partner, this role is crtical in shaping our employer brand strategy.

Responsibilities

• Support and implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment and improve the employee experience at all levels.
• Implement and manage the Human Capital and Talentin Country
• Design and implement employees' career development paths.
• Monitor HR metrics (e.g. turneover rates and cost-per-hire) and provide key shakeholders.
• Participate in creating relevant budgets for the HR department
• Oversees and navigates the Industrial relations portfolio for the country.
• Maintain HR procedures that comply with labour regulations.
• Manage compensation and conduct EAE for vacation accrual report and bonus report.
