We’re looking for a forward-thinking Group Human Resources Manager to lead our people and culture strategy across Jamaica and our Miami regional office. What You’ll Do

  • Lead with Impact – Partner with senior leadership to design and deliver HR strategies that align with business goals across multiple divisions. 
  • Grow Talent – Drive recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning that ensures we bring in the best and help them thrive. 
  • Shape Culture – Champion employee engagement, wellness, and recognition initiatives that foster collaboration and innovation. 
  • Elevate Performance – Lead performance management frameworks that build accountability and continuous growth. 
  • Drive Inclusion – Embed Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) into our culture across both Jamaica and Miami operations. 
  • Think Globally – Oversee HR compliance, policies, and practices across multiple jurisdictions while adapting to fast-changing workforce needs. Decide with Data – Use HR analytics and insights to inform decision-making and track progress.

What we’re looking for:

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (Master’s or HR certification is a plus).

✔ 7–10 years of progressive HR leadership experience, ideally in ICT, technology, or multi-division organizations.

✔ Proven success managing HR across multiple markets/jurisdictions (Caribbean/US experience a plus).

✔ Strong knowledge of Jamaican employment law (US labor law familiarity an asset).

✔ Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.

✔ A passion for people, culture, and driving business success through innovative HR practices.

✔ HR certifications such as SHRM-SCP would be considered an asset.
