F.O.J Museum and Event Center is a new and ambitious startup located in Falmouth, Jamaica, designed to become a premier cultural, entertainment, and hospitality destination. We are currently building our founding leadership team and are seeking innovative, resourceful, and motivated professionals who are interested in forming long-term career relationships while helping to establish and grow a world-class organization from the ground up.
Successful candidates will not only be responsible for managing their respective departments but will also be responsible for building and leading their teams within each department. This is a foundational opportunity to shape operational systems, workplace culture, and service standards.
Each department will play a direct role in building and marketing the FOJ brand in new and innovative ways. We are looking for individuals who can think creatively, take initiative, and contribute original ideas that will help establish FOJ as a landmark destination. Innovation, leadership, and ownership will be essential to success in these roles.

Head Chef

The Head Chef will lead kitchen operations, develop menus, and build the kitchen team. This role will also showcase the true Jamaican spirit through the preparation, creativity, and presentation of food.

Restaurant Manager

The Restaurant Manager will oversee restaurant operations, build and lead the service team, and establish service standards. We intend to satisfy those in pursuit of unique, authentic eating and drinking experiences as a primary motivation for travel. This role will help showcase the true Jamaican spirit through the overall dining experience and presentation.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years experience in the relevant field
• Must be innovative, resourceful, sharp, and motivated to succeed
• Ability to build and lead a team
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Professional attitude and strong work ethic
• Interest in building a long-term career relationship with the company
