Join our vibrant team at Good Day Cafeteria, a modern Montego Bay dining destination serving authentic Jamaica cuisine with a contemporary twist. We're expanding our team and seeking a motivated Head Chef to join our fast-paced, professional environment. 

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all kitchen operations, including food preparation, production, and presentation
• Develop and execute menus while maintaining high quality and cost efficiency
• Supervise, train, and manage kitchen staff
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
• Control food costs, inventory, and supplier relationships
• Maintain consistency in portioning, taste, and presentation
• Requirements
• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a high-volume kitchen
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Strong knowledge of local and international cuisine
• Experience with menu costing, inventory control, and waste reduction
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Certification in food safety and sanitation is an asset

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: JMD 4,200,000 per annum
