Necker Island is seeking a dynamic F&B Manager to inspire and develop the team, drive guest interaction, deliver Necker’s Fun and X-Factor, manage cost and stock control, and partner across departments to create exceptional, personalised and memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications / Experience
At least 5 years’ experience in high-end resort-style Food & Beverage management
Minimum 3 years’ experience in people management or leadership
Quality 5-star resort/property experience
Extensive knowledge of beverage service, including wines, cocktails, and mocktails
Strong Microsoft Excel skills and a high level of computer literacy
WSET Level 3 or equivalent
High-level experience with inventory control and stock management
Proven track record in cost control and managing cost of sales
A hands-on, practical approach to leadership and operations
A valid driving licence

Here’s the deal – Package & Benefits
Minimum 12-month contract (subject to work permit approval)
Competitive salary
Bonus scheme up to 20% of annual salary
22 days’ paid holiday per year plus bank holidays (based on a 5.5-day week)
