Head Butler

A meticulous leader with knowledge of Food and Beverage is needed to fill a Head Butler position.

The Head Butler is responsible for coordinating the tasks for a team of Butlers to ensure the delivery of personalized service that guarantees an exceptional and pleasant stay for each guest

Main Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of butler team
• Develop and implement service protocols and standards to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Act as the primary point of contact for guests, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Train and mentor staff on best practices in hospitality and customer service.
• Plan and execute special events and private functions in coordination with guests’ preferences.

 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Head Butler, Butler, or in a similar role in the luxury hospitality sector.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on service excellence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with professional demeanor.
• Knowledge of fine dining service, etiquette, and hospitality trends.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in managing budgets and inventory control.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Relevant certifications in hospitality or management are a plus.
