Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Project Manager/Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems and project management, with at least 5 years of experience in the field. This role involves overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of HVAC projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage HVAC projects from inception to completion.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their specific HVAC needs and expectations.
• Work with engineers and technicians to design and install HVAC systems.
• Supervise the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Manage procurement of materials and equipment required for the project.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments.
• Manage project risks and develop contingency plans.
• Document all aspects of the project for future reference and evaluation.
• Resolve any project-related issues or disputes promptly and professionally.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and contractors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC project management or engineering.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and project management methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and HVAC design tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
