Are you passionate about data integrity, systems optimization, and enhancing the employee experience through technology? We’re looking for a Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) Analyst to join our team and be the go-to expert for all things HRIS!
As an HRIS Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing and improving our HR systems (such as Ultipro), translating business needs into functional solutions, and providing key insights to drive HR performance across the organization.
Conduct regular audits of HR systems to ensure data integrity and accurate reporting
Maintain timely and accurate entries related to employee data, payroll, benefits, and recruiting
Reconcile and compare data across systems such as Ultipro, Dug Out, Sana, and Smart Pay
Automate key HR processes, including leave and health management, disciplinary procedures, and employee service requests
Support HR audits by ensuring proper documentation is stored and easily accessible
Develop and track HRIS KPIs and performance metrics to support decision-making
Collaborate with HR and department managers to assess system needs and enhance the user experience
Stay current with HRIS trends and recommend enhancements to keep our systems best-in-class
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar HRIS or IT Analyst role
Strong database management skills with experience running SQL queries
Proven ability to provide technical support, train users, and troubleshoot system issues
A collaborative mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
High attention to detail, process-oriented thinking, and a knack for improving systems
Experience in documenting processes, performing audits, and data analysis
Relevant training or certifications in HRIS systems a plus
