HR Officer, People & Culture

Core Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement staff engagement programs that foster a positive workspace.
  • plan and execute internal events; Organize team-building activities, wellness initiatives, and recognition events.
  • Conduct employee surveys and analyse feedback to improve culture.
  • Coordinate logistics, communications, and budget initiatives.
  • Collaborate with department heads to align engagement activities.
  • Develop and manage HR-related communications including newsletters, staff announcements, policy updates, and event promotions.
  • Craft clear, engaging content for email campaigns, intranet posts, and digital signage.
  • Ensure consistent tone, branding, and messaging across all HR communications.
  • Support the uniform administration process, recruitment, onboarding, and off-boarding processes.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with policies.
  • Assist in performance management cycles and training administration.
  • Prepare HR reports and documentation for audits and internal reviews.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records in our supporting systems.
  • Assist and recommend adjustments to HR operations to enhance employee well-being and performance.
  • Support the resolution of low-level employee relations issues, escalating complex matters as needed.
  • Generate reports as assigned and required on activities.
  • Attend all required company training.
  • Any other assigned related activity.

Minimum Qualification, Experience, and Competencies Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business (A Plus) or Human Resources.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in HR and/or related field.
  • Event planning and project management experience.
  • At an advanced level in utilizing the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Service-oriented, with a warm and hospitable presence.
  • Highly organized, Attention-to-detail, Problem Solving ability.
  • Discretion and confidentiality.
