KFC St. Lucia is seeking a Human Resources Officer to execute day-to-day HR functions. You will help build an employee-oriented culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity, and ongoing development.

Job Summary

• Execute staff benefits, including performance bonuses, medical/life insurance claims, NIC claims, and follow-ups.
• Plan and run reward programs, staff activities, birthday/anniversary tokens, and recognition initiatives.
• Manage vacation leave records and physical employee files. Serve as HRIS Administrator, ensuring accurate, current, and legally compliant records.
• Visit all KFC locations across St. Lucia to provide hands-on HR support.
• Assist with screening, interviews, assessments, background checks, new-hire documents, orientation, and probationary follow-ups.
• Participate in investigations and disciplinary hearings, review correspondence for legal compliance, and report non-compliance.
• Update job knowledge through relevant educational opportunities.
